If you are a football fan as I am than you will find hilarity in this video regarding the current situation in Oakland. Yes I am a huge Raiders fan but hey this is all in parody and frankly hilarious in my humble opinion.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced the 2008 Kickoff Weekend national primetime television schedule on Monday.

I called the Duke game before it happened and now I am going to call something that I haven't done since 2002. The Oakland Raiders are going to make the playoffs in 2008 guaranteed. Why do I say this you may ask? I know that I have a die hard Raider fan but that is not the only reason. With the signings of: DeAngelo Hall, Gibril Wilson, Javon Walker, Tommy Kelly, & Kwame Harris the list of pro bowlers are endless. The Raiders finished last year with the fifth ranked defense in the league and now with the signing of Hall I believe have excelled to new heights. He is a shutdown corner as is Nnamdi and I feel the best 1,2 punch at CB in the league. The lock down duo of Nnamdi and Hall will allow the team to blitz and stunt more and there will be no QB in the League that wants Derek Burgess breathing down his neck while waves of silver and black piranhas stir in the secondary just waiting to take a pick back to the house. If you add Michael Huff to the mix as a lockdown safety on the tight end then the Raiders can take your three best receivers out of the game...Completely...With three players while the rest of the team gets after the QB and stuffs the run. That will be SWEET!!! Also now that we have removed the cancer known as Jerry Porter and signed a top talent WR named Javon Walker I feel like it is a much improved passing attack. Not only that by J-Rock will be starting at QB and everyone knows he is a beast. All of that and we still have the #4 pick in the draft can anyone imagine a black and silver jersey with McFadden on the back! Nation for life!
Yes it's that time of year again. When everything stops in my world to observe college basketball at it's finest. I am a huge Cincinnati fan but my boys didn't make it in the big dance. So I am going to have to go with my 3rd favorite college team in UCLA. . And I'm calling this West Virginia will beat Duke. You heard it here first!
Well it's that time of year again when the boys of summer get out the cleats and put on the tar. And as many of you know I love the Reds. Growing up in Ohio there isn't much to do and I have many fond memories of going to almost every home game there was. Well my wife and I are going to the Reds spring training game Saturday agains the Pirates. We are two rows off of first base and man am I stoked here are the pics I will post some from the game when we get back!
Go Big Red Machine!
1.) Although I am a huge Michigan fan I can once again see why Tom Brady was a backup.
2.) Everyone knows how much I despise Randy Moss, is he going to quit the Patsies now that he didn't win the big game again?
3.) The Raiders offensive line is leaps and bounds above the Pats line!
